ORI Director Dr. S. Shivarajappa delivers lecture on ‘Tala Samudayada Sharanaru,’ District Kannada Sahitya Parishat Mysuru President Dr. Helavarahundi Siddappa presides, former Parishat President M. Chandrashekar delivers keynote address, Nataraja auditorium, Hosmutt, 10.30 am.
