Mahadevappa inaugurates, Chamaraja MLA K. Harishgowda presides, city writer and lecturer Kiran Sidlehalli delivers a lecture on Hadapada Appanna, MPs Yaduveer Wadiyar and Sunil Bose will be the chief guests, Mini Theatre, Kalamandira premises, 11.30 am.
