Culinary journey from Delhi to Amritsar at Radisson
Mysore/Mysuru: Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Mysore is unveiling its latest culinary celebration, “Flavours of the Grand Trunk,” a vibrant food festival that pays homage to the rich gastronomic heritage found along the historic Delhi-Amritsar corridor.
Held at Spring, the hotel’s All Day Dining Restaurant, from Nov. 7 to 16, this dinner experience invites guests to embark on a flavourful journey through North India’s most iconic culinary traditions. The fest showcases the evolution of Punjabi, Mughlai and street food cultures. The menu features signature dishes from Dhaba Classics to Homestyle Punjabi Staples, Ludhiana’s local indulgences to Amritsar’s celebrated specials and Meethi Manzil, a selection of curated desserts.
One can enjoy Ram Ladoo, Mughalai Paneer Rolls, Dilliwale Golgappe, Kadhi Pakoda, Paneer Tikka Angaara, Chicken Bharta, Nihari Gosht, Amritsari Fish Curry, Galouti Kebabs, Phirni in clay pots.
