Mysuru: Jayapura Police, have arrested four persons on charges of committing dacoity by waylaying a person on the Outer Ring Road in city and making away with the two-wheeler and cash.

The arrested are 20-year-old Raju of Koppaluru, 22-year-old Kiran and 24-year-old Srihari of Mahadevapura and 22-year-old Swamy of Belawadi.

The four accused, a few days back had waylaid a person on the Outer Ring Road near R.T. Nagar and had made away with his bike and Rs. 10,000 cash following which the person had lodged a complaint at Jayapura Police Station

Jayapura Police, based on the complaint, arrested the four persons and have recovered the bike from them.
