Free Yoga classes

City’s GSS Yogic Research Foundation will be conducting a three-day free Yoga class for women at GSS Yoga Centres in  Kuvempunagar, Sharadadevinagar and Krishnamurthypuram. There is no age limit for participation. Those interested in taking part, can  register before Feb. 28. For details, contact Mob: 95380-76642, between 11 am and 6 pm.

JSS Ayurveda Hospital, Lalithadripura Road, Alanahalli, Mysuru is also organising Yoga classes from Mar. 1 between 7 am and 8 am. For details, contact Mob: 94482-53425, 99164-83919.
