Mysore/Mysuru: “Gaining proper knowledge improves in building mental prosperity. Knowledge must be the top priority of students to build their future,” said Dr. N.N. Prahallada, former Professor of Education, Regional Institute of Education (RIE), National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).

He was speaking after inaugurating the 40-day free UGC-NET and K-SET exam training classes organised by Jnanabuthi Coaching Centre at Lakshmipuram Government High School and PU College premises in city on Tuesday last.

“Knowledge can be obtained only by collecting information. Teachers in all the stages of a student’s education career will provide proper information to them. It is in the hands of students to acquire the information and gain knowledge. Acquiring knowledge develops wisdom,” said Dr. Prahallada.

R.N. Padmanabha, Retd. Professor, Department of Journalism, Maharaja’s College, said “Those who dream to be a lecturer in a profession must have some ethics. Time management and following rules helps a lecturer to build a strong image in the society,” he added.
