Mysore/Mysuru: The annual get-together of Sree Cauvery Kodava Okkoota, N.R. Mohalla, was held recently at Kodagu Sahakara Sangha premises in Jayalakshmipuram.

The day-long programme comprised traditional dance Ummathaat, sports and cultural events.

On the occasion, Chottemanda Geetha Uthappa and meritorious students were felicitated.

Thathanda Gowri Bidappa conducted sports. Kotera Revathi Kushalappa and Kodira Pushpa anchored the programme. Ummathaat was performed under the guidance of Chottemanda Hema Mohan.

Okkoota President Mallengada A. Pemmaiah, Secretary Kodira Prakash Nanaiah, Treasurer Thathanda Bidappa and all the Managing Committee members were present.

The new team of office-bearers for the year 2023-24 were elected with Kodira Prakash Nanaiah as President, Madetira Sunil Somanna as Secretary,  Thathanda Bidappa as Treasurer and other Committee Members.
