Gold chain snatched

Mysuru/Mysore: Scooter-bound miscreants have snatched a gold chain from a woman at Tilaknagar here recently. The victim is Lakshmamma, a resident of 6th Cross  in Tilaknagar. 

Lakshmamma was proceeding towards her new house from her old house on Saturday (Jan. 25) at about 8.15 pm, when two miscreants, who came on a black scooter, yanked off her 61 grams gold chain worth about 

Rs.1.83 lakh and sped away.

Mandi Police, who rushed to the spot on receiving information, conducted mahazar, registered a case and launched a hunt to nab the miscreants.
