Government Quarters premises near Jaladarshini Guest House cleaned

Mysore/Mysuru: The Government Quarters near Jaladarshini Guest House, which was filled with parthenium and other weeds making it a haven for reptiles and insects, has been cleaned and the place made tidy.

The place comes under Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) Ward No. 23 and Corporator Pramila Bharat, on Friday, got the place cleaned using an earth-moving machine.

Meanwhile, the residents have urged the authorities concerned to get the place cleaned at least once a month and also urged for the construction of the compound wall in front of the Government Quarters which was demolished to take up the Hunsur Road widening works and provide security to the Quarters.
