GTD was taken for a Ride by CM Kumaraswamy

June 23, 2018

Sir,

G.T. Devegowda, the JD(S) MLA from Chamundeshwari Constituency, who defeated the then CM Siddharamaiah, has compromised on his stand not to accept the Ministry of Higher Education.

However, the very reason why he, an 8th standard educated MLA, was given that Ministry was to ensure that his Ministry takes an Advisor, who would be the former Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.S. Rangappa who had lost the Assembly election contesting on JD(S) ticket from Chamaraja Constituency. If he had won, H.D. Kumaraswamy, the Chief Minister, would have made Prof. Rangappa, the Higher Education Minister.

Now in order to get Prof. Rangappa a position of the Cabinet Rank, Kumaraswamy has deliberately given GTD that Ministry where he would need an Advisor.

There is a viral Watsup clip going arround, and our Education Minister is speaking in English to a reporter, which is very disgusting.
There no shame telling the reporter, sorry interview must be in Kannada, instead….
