Hindi Fortnight at ESIC

Mysuru: The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Sub-Regional Office, Mysuru, celebrated Hindi Fortnight at its premises recently.

Subhash Chandra Lal, Deputy Director (Official Language), said that the cultural and economic prosperity of any country is identified by the prosperity of language of that country.

M Dorai, Deputy Director,  stressed on the need to work in Hindi. Satyanarayana Manikara, Director, said that Hindi is a powerful medium to connect people together. He emphasised the use of Hindi not only in office but also in all other sectors as well.

On the occasion, the winners of various competitions organised during Hindi Fortnight were awarded. The programme was conducted by Papori Chakrabarty, Hindi Translator.
