Mysuru:  Pandit Taranath Foundation has organised a vocal recital by renowned Hindustani singer Pt. Ganapati Bhat Hasanagi at Ganabharathi in Kuvempunagar here on Mar. 25 at 10.15 am. He will be accompanied by Pt. Veerabhadraiah Yargal on harmonium and Sridhar Srinivas Mandre on tabla. There will be no entry fee.

A disciple of Pt. Basavaraj Rajguru, Ganapati Bhat underwent training in Kirana and Gwalior Gharanas. He has the distinction of being invited for Pune’s Sawai Gandharva Sangeetha Sammelana four times.
