House burgled  at Hootagalli

Mysuru – In a reported incident, miscreants who forced open the door lock of a house at Hootagalli on the outskirts of the city, have decamped with a scooter and electronic goods totally worth about Rs. 1 lakh.

The owner of the  house Sudha Biddappa was out of town   since Mar. 31.

The miscreants, noticing the door lock, gained entry into the house and decamped with electronic goods including 55’’ LED TV, a full set of Kodava attire and Honda Activa Scooter (KA-09 EQ-5762) parked inside the compound of  the house.

The incident came to light when neighbours informed Sudha Biddappa about the burglary on Apr. 6.

Sudha,  who rushed back home after learning about the  burglary, lodged a complaint with Vijayanagar Police.
