House burgled in city

Mysore/Mysuru: House burglars, who gained entry into a house at Lakshmikanthanagar in Hebbal by breaking open the door lock, have decamped with Rs. 70,000 cash from the house on Tuesday night.

The burglary took place at the house of Puneeth. He (Puneeth), along with his family members, had gone to a relative’s house on Nov. 14 and when they returned the next day, they found the door lock broken and on entering the house, they found Rs. 70,000 cash kept in the almirah missing and immediatelylodged a complaint.

Hebbal Police, who have registered a case, are investigating.
