Mysuru-based athlete Reena George representing India in the Indian Grand Prix Athletics Championships at the Netaji Institute of sports Complex, Patiala, won the silver medal in the women’s 100mts event on yesterday.

Merlin Joseph won the gold and emerged as the fastest women with a timing of 10.88sec. Reena George secured the second place with a timing of 11.99sec. Manvir Kaur secured the third place with a timing of 12.48sec.
