Infosys employee’s laptops stolen from PG accommodation

Mysore/Mysuru: A miscreant has stolen two laptops of an Infosys employee from a Paying Guest (PG) accommodation at Hebbal 2nd Stage in the wee hours of July 29.

The person, who lost his laptops is 24-year-old Prakhara Bhatra, a native of Rajasthan, who was staying at Gayathri PG in Hebbal 2nd Stage since a few years.

Prakhara, who worked till about 2 am on July 29 in his room, slept without locking the door.

Meanwhile, the miscreant, who entered his room made away with a Lenovo Laptop given by Infosys, his personal HP Laptop, his purse containing Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Debit Card, Credit Card and the company’s ID Card.

The theft has been captured on the CCTV camera installed in the PG. Hebbal Police, who registered a case on Aug. 3, are investigating.
