Confederation of Real Estate Developers of India (CREDAI), Mysuru Centre, Builders Association of India (BAI), Mysuru and Income Tax Department, will be organising an Interaction session on ‘Assessment issues related to Real Estate Builders and Developers under the New Income Tax Act, 2025’ at MBCT Auditorium in Vishweshwaranagar, on June 8 at 5 pm, said CREDAI Mysuru President M.S Harish Shenoy yesterday.
Addressing the media persons at Pathrakarthara Bhavan, he said that the session aimed at providing comprehensive insights into key assessment-related provisions, practical implications and complex compliance aspects affecting the real estate sector under the newly adapted tax framework. Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Range-1 Mysuru Kalpalata Rajan, Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle-1 (1) S. Venkatesan and Dy/Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax R. Ranganathan will be the chief guests and lead the session.
The organisers have also invited the members and office-bearers of various professional bodies including Auditors Association, Chartered Accountants (CA) Association, Association of Consulting Civil Engineers (ACCE), Civil Engineers Association, Contractors Association, Architects Association, Valuers Association, NAREDCO, Developers Association and BAR Association.
