Mysore/Mysuru: Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Mysuru and Builders Association of India (BAI), Mysore Centre, in association with the Income Tax Department, will be organising a presentation and interactive session on ‘Assessment Issues Related to Real Estate Builders & Developers under the New Income Tax Act, 2025’ at Mysore Builders Charitable Trust (MBCT) Auditorium in Vishweshwaranagar here on June 8 at 5 pm.

This session aims to provide comprehensive insights into key assessment-related provisions, practical implications and the complex compliance aspects affecting the Real Estate sector under the newly updated tax framework.

Kalpalata Rajan, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Range-1, Mysuru and S. Venkatesan, Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle-1(1), Mysuru, will be present as the guest officers to guide the attendees and lead the interactive session.

In an effort to facilitate a holistic and enriching discussion, the organisers have extended a special invitation to the Auditors Association, Chartered Accountants (CA) Association, Association of Consulting Civil Engineers (ACCE), Civil Engineers Association, Contractors Association, Architects Association, Valuers Association, NAREDCO, Developers Association and the Bar Association.
