It is given to understand that KSRTC, Mysuru Division, has arranged for excellent non-stop connectivity to Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport from Mysuru through a direct inter-city Flybus – AC shuttle bus service. The Flybus shuttle bus services provide exceptional facilities like non-stop run, travel comfort, ontime departure and convenient availability of buses to the airport. 

It is further suggested to KSRTC to introduce non-AC inter-city shuttle bus services between Mysuru and Kempegowda International Airport. The move to introduce non-AC services will be very beneficial for bonafide airline passengers who otherwise do not intend to opt for long AC bus journeys from the Airport to Mysuru and vice-versa. 

Also while considering the current prevalent exorbitant AC bus fares to the airport, the airline passengers from Mysuru will otherwise get an opportunity to reach the airport only by paying much lesser charge in non-AC buses. 

Hence, the KSRTC Traffic Operations Department at Mysuru Division is requested to look into introducing non-AC inter-city shuttle bus services between Mysuru and Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport, with one trip each in the morning and evening. The suggestion may be implemented based on necessary technical feasibility and may be considered to be introduced atleast on experimental basis.
