Mysuru: Sharath Yoga Centre, the Ashtanga Yoga  School run by the grandson of Yoga Guru Pattabhi Jois, Guru Sharath Jois, is opening its doors to all levels of Ashtanga yoga practitioners who aspire to pursue the traditional method under his guidance. 

The Yoga Centre will conduct an introduction to Ashtanga yoga course from Sept. 5 to 19. This course can be attended by practitioners of any level, from absolute beginners to experienced yoga practitioners. 

Those interested in partici-  pating need to fill out a registration form available on the Centre’s website https://sharathyogacentre.com/intro-course or register in-person at the Yoga Centre on Sept.4 between 3 pm and 5 pm.
