JSS hosts training prog. on ‘Human rights’

A one-day training programme on ‘Human rights’ was organised by JSS Law College at its premises in Kuvempunagar here yesterday. The programme was sponsored by National Human Rights Commission, New Delhi.

Inaugurating the programme,  C.G. Hungund, Member, Karnataka State Human Rights Commission, said that human rights was linked to nature and protection of them would strengthen democracy. He added that Constitution has provided valuable guidelines to protect human rights which helps people to excel in their field.

College Principal K.S. Suresh presided. HoD of Law – Mysore University Dr. Ramesh was the chief guest.
