Training camp for Junior Judge competitive exam concludes
Mysuru:“Law students getting selected for the post of Junior Grade Judge should work to uphold the dignity of the profession,” advised P.G.M. Patil, Principal District and Sessions Judge.
He was speaking at the valedictory of the 15-day training camp for Junior Judges competitive examination organised jointly by Mysuru Bar Association, ‘Law Guide’ magazine and JSS Law College at its premises in Kuvempunagar here yesterday.
Patil opined that the subject ‘Evidence Act’ cannot be comprehended in just one hour which should be learnt throughout the career. He advised the law students not to get disappointed if they do not pass the competitive exam for Junior Judge but make a more sincere second attempt. He asked them to strive hard and be an asset for the Bar Association.
Senior Civil Judge Mohammed Muzeerullah asked the students not to be too anxious of the competitive exam by taking too much of stress. He opined that the country has a good judicial system which should be well advocated in the State to evolve it as a model for the country.
