K.L. Gurusiddappa (85), a retired teacher and a resident of Vidyanagar in the town, passed away yesterday afternoon in the town. He leaves behind his wife, three daughters, one son and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at Kurahatti village this noon, according to family sources.
