Mysuru:  Former Mysore University Vice-Chancellor and Chamaraja constituency JD(S) candidate Prof. K.S. Rangappa will address JD(S) and BSP activists of the constituency at Kamadhenu Kalyana Mantapa near ESI Hospital on KRS Road here today at 6 pm.
