Mysore/Mysuru: Great ability develops and reveals itself increasingly with every new assignment. Talent Hunt is a platform for students to showcase their talents in any field and this ocean of hidden talent was displayed at Seshadripuram Independent PU College, Mysuru by organising ‘Kalarava-2023: Talent Hunt’ in the College premises recently.
The three-day programme was inaugurated by Abdul Rasheed, Programme Executive, Akashavani, Mysuru, by playing the drum. He spoke about the language playing a significant role in one’s life and also shared his personal experience about how he became a profound writer.
College Principal Archana Swamy, who presided, encouraged students to participate in various contests like debate, just a minute, pookalam, ikebana, hair style, poster making, video making, marketing, face painting, cooking without fire, solo/group singing, solo/group dance etc. In all, 14 events were organised and more than 200 students participated. The events were judged by faculties from various other Schools and Colleges. A total of 48 winners were announced at the valedictory of Kalarava where all the students enjoyed flash mob and DJ performance.
