‘Kamala Jyothi Sankalpa’ launched in front of MP’s house

Mysuru: As part of the BJP’s national campaign ahead of the LS Polls, members of BJP Mahila Morcha launched ‘Kamala Jyothi Sankalpa’ in front of Mysuru-Kodagu MP Pratap Simha’s residence in Vijayanagar fourth stage here on Tuesday evening.

The ‘Kamala Jyothi Sankalpa’ campaign is aimed at connecting with the beneficiaries of various Central Government Schemes and also educating the public on a host a initiatives, schemes, programmes, projects, plans launched by the NDA Government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Mahila Morcha members drew the BJP symbol ‘Lotus’ by Rangoli and lighted lamps around the symbol, to mark the event.

Speaking after launching the campaign, Arpita Simha, wife of MP Pratap Simha, explained the purpose and objectives of the campaign.

BJP Mahila Morcha City President Chikkamma Basavaraj said the Mahila Morcha members of the three Assembly segments will take the party’s ‘Sankalpa’ to the doorsteps of the people and sensitise them on the achievements of PM Modi. She appealed the people to re-elect Pratap Simha in the forthcoming LS Polls.
