Karikalan couple back as DCFs of Mysuru Division

Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. V. Karikalan and K. Kamala Karikalan couple have been transferred as Deputy Conservators of Forests (DCFs) of Mysuru Division for the second time. While Dr. V. Karikalan has been transferred as the DCF (Wildlife), K. Kamala Karikalan has been transferred as the DCF of Mysuru Division.

Kamala Karikalan, who was serving as the Executive Director of Karnataka State Forest Development Corporation Limited (Rubber) in Mangaluru, had earlier served as the Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF), DCF (Wildlife) and as the Executive Director of Mysuru Zoo. Dr. Karikalan, who was serving as Mangaluru DCF, had served as the DCF in Mysuru about four years back. 

Now, the DCF couple have been transferred back to Mysuru and Mysuru DCF (Wildlife) Dr. K.C. Prashanth Kumar has been transferred as Koppal DCF. Dr. Prashanth had also served as the ACF of Male Mahadeshwara Wildlife Sanctuary.
