Mysuru: An Eid Milan Qawwali was held at Darsgah-e- Batool here recently.

Qawwali singers Zahid Ali Khan Mastana, Parviz    Alam, Ataulla, Saheb Jan Saddam, Tahseena Taj and Mohammed Ali Tabrez along with their troupe entertained the packed hall.

Gowher Tarikervi presided. Prof. Nabi Jan was the chief guest. Registrar of Karnataka Urdu Academy Siraj Ahmed Khalid addressed the gathering and presented shawls and mementos to the participants. Nyamathulla Khan welcomed while Zahid Ulla Khan proposed a vote of thanks.
