Kautilya Vidyalaya’s “Saamskrithika Parva”

Mysore/Mysuru: The 18th Annual Day celebration of Kautilya Vidyalaya, Dattagalli 3rd Stage — “Saamskrithika Parva 2023-24” (Kiriyara Keerthige Hiriyara Spoorthi) — was held on Dec. 16 at KSOU Convocation Hall.

The event was inaugurated by prominent personalities of Mysuru and Bengaluru — Deputy Commissioner  Dr. K.V. Rajendra, Chairman of Oxford Institutions, Bengaluru, Dr. SNVL Narasimha Raju, Chairman of RV Dental College Dr. M.S. Prakash and Chairman of NABL Gurgaon, Dr. Subbanna Ayyappan.

DC Dr. Rajendra highlighted discipline, the pivotal role of youths and the importance of focusing on competitive exams. He urged students to avoid mobile addiction and emphasised the vital role parents play in supporting their children’s passions and decisions.

Dr. SNVL Narasimha Raju lauded Kautilya Vidyalaya and its students’ extraordinary qualities under the leadership of School Chairman T. Babu.

Dr. M.S. Prakash shared insightful perspectives on recognising the potential in a child and the significance of maintaining focus in life.

Kautilya Chairman Babu revealed plans for an integrated syllabus and a space lab, emphasising holistic development during the evening session.

Principal V.R. Sashikala welcomed the gathering.

A number of programmes like Life is full of fun, English drama, Kannada drama, Dashavatara, Shivatandava, Medley of Melodies, Indo-Western dance, Siya-Ram dance drama etc., showcased the students’ talents.

The evening concluded with a captivating hip-hop dance by 10th graders.
