Akhila Bharatiya Sahitya Parishad at Vijayashripura in city will be conducting a State-level ‘Kavighosti’ (Poets meet) in city tomorrow (Feb. 28) at Madhava Krupa on JLB Road at 10 am. Parishad State Vice-President S.G. Koti will inaugurate. A total of 50 poets who were successful in the district-level meet are eligible to take part in this final round of Kavighosti. The district–level meet was conducted with the theme ‘Ayodhyeyalli Ramamandira- Hrudayadalli Ramachandira’. There are 10 prizes. 1st prize – Rs. 10,000, 2nd prize – Rs. 7,000, 3rd prize – Rs. 5,000 and seven consolation prizes of Rs. 1,000 each. Veteran Littérateur Dr. C.P. Krishnakumar will preside. Parishad General Secretary Raghunandan Bhat will deliver the keynote address. Bengaluru’s Vibhu Foundation head Dr. V. B. Arati will deliver the valedictory address at 2.30 pm.
