Wildlife photographer from Mysuru G.S. Ravishankar has bagged second prize for his photo of ‘Minchulli’ bird — ‘Kingfisher on flight’ — at the National Photography Exhibition 2022 organised as part of the International Scouts and Guides Cultural Jamboree. The Jamboree has been organised this month at Moodubidire in Dakshina Kannada. There were over 900 participants in the competition and Ravishankar secured second place in the ‘Wildlife’ category. The first and third places were bagged by Dr. Pramod Govind Shanbhag and Arjun Haarith respectively.
