Madikeri: In a surprise move, the State Government on Friday transferred Kodagu Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Dr. C.V. Sneha and posted her as Kolar ADC.

Dr. Sneha, a Senior Grade KAS Officer, was serving as Kodagu ADC for the past one-and-a-half years. Now she has been transferred as ADC of Kolar with immediate effect. However, the Government has not appointed any one to replace her as Kodagu ADC. 

In other transfers, Madikeri DFO (Forest Division) S. Prabhakaran has been transferred and posted at Hunsur.

Prabhakaran, who was serving in the district for the past two-and-a-half years, has been replaced by another Forest Officer A.T. Poovaiah, who was serving in Forest Mobile Squad at Mysuru.
