A deadly spell by off-spinner Hridhay Singavi (six for 16), helped Jawahar’s CC to register a facile nine-wicket win over Karavali Cricketers in the KSCA Mysuru Zone U-19 Inter-Club Cricket Tourney played at the JSS-SJCE Grounds here recently.


Karavali Cricketers: 33 in 16.5 overs (Hridhay Singavi 6 for 16) lost to Jawahar’s CC: 34 for one in 5 overs.

Mysore CC: 146 in 35.4 overs (Supreeth 50, Varun 39, Piyush Bafna 4 for 23, Bhuvan Gowda 2 for 37) bt Rising Star CC: 130 in 32.5 overs (Sai Swaroop 38, Jashwanth 22, Varun Shetty 4 for 50, M. Sampreeth 3 for 31, Sudai Jain 3 for 17).

MUCSC: 219 in 39.2 overs (M. Rakshith Gowda 86, Dakshath S. Gowda 29 n.o., Denry Jacob 4 for 40, Gagan 2 for 30) bt Mysore Underwriters SC: 110 in 34.1 overs (Gagan 30, S. Yadhunanadan 4 for 20, Dakshath S. Gowda 3 for 18).

Mysore City Gymkhana: 100 in 37.3 overs (Rahul R. Siremane 25, Sahil Fazil 3 for 18) lost to Sunny Side CC: 101 for 2 in 25.2 overs (P. Nitin 35, B.B. Nirmal 26 n.o).
