KSOU fake marks card scam: Four granted bail

Mysuru: The Third JMFC Court yesterday granted bail to four accused in the KSOU fake marks card scam.

Yashaswini, a resident of Gokulam, Prajwal, a resident of Gokulam and KSOU temporary employee who was sacked following the unearthing of scam, Kanti Sagar of Kolar and Krish alias Krishnamurthy of Chikkamagalur are the ones who have been granted conditional bail by the City Court.

Advocates B.R. Dinesh and B.K. Ramaiah argued on behalf of the accused. The CCB Police,  which is probing the KSOU fake marks card scam, had arrested 10 persons.  

While four of the accused were granted bail yesterday, two are in Police custody and the bail petitions of four other accused are due to come up for hearing in the court.
