This year, KSRTC student bus pass system is creating a lot of inconvenience to students as well as parents. First, students have to take the print out of the bus pass application.

After filling the application in service portal, we have to upload the same online. Then, we have to take the printout of the uploaded document and take the signature of the Principal.

After this, take the photo of the template and upload it in service portal again.

Then, the predefined template, passport size photo, Aadhaar card, proof of residential address and application form attested by the Head of the educational institution and parents signature must be uploaded in service portal. Finally, the students have to take the printout of the acknowledgment copy with fee to be submitted along with hard copies of the above documents in college.

Why such a complicated procedure?

Every time we have to go to the cyber centre to upload the documents, take printouts costing around Rs.200 and also waste of time. Hope, the KSRTC will discontinue these complicated procedures to save paper, money and time.
