KSRTC waives off July rent of Bus Stand shops

August 5, 2020

Mysore/Mysuru: Nearly a month after all the hotels, shops and other stalls functioning from KSRTC Bus Stand complexes shut down demanding full waiver of rentals at least till December this year due to huge losses, the KSRTC said that it has waived off the rent in full for the month of July.

In a letter sent to all Divisional Controllers (DC) a couple of days ago, the KSRTC Chief Traffic Manager at Bengaluru said that due to less public movement and poor commutership in KSRTC buses because of COVID-19 lockdown and Total Sunday Shut-down, it has been decided to waive off rentals in full of all tenants doing business in KSRTC bus stand complexes.
