Lack of street lights along Ring Road

March 2, 2020

Sir,

The Ring Road of Mysuru is a crucial step towards reducing traffic in city limits and ensuring connectivity to all parts of the city. The lack of street lights along the stretch of this road is causing problems to the people.

Many accidents have been reported to have taken place at night times, since the speed-breakers and barricades are not visible without the street lights. This has also given way to robbery and other illegal activities along the stretch.

Addressing the above concern, I request the authorities concerned to take immediate action in the matter and provide the necessary equipment and power supply in these areas.
