Mahouts, kavadis undergo health check-up at Palace

Mysore/Mysuru: City’s avanth bkg hospitals, along with Heart Foundation, had organised a complete body check-up for mahouts, kavadis, elephant caretakers and their family members at Mysore Palace premises this morning.

Over 30 hospital staff, including doctors, nurses and technicians, conducted various tests, including Blood Pressure (BP), sugar test, ECO and ECG among others, using medical equipment kept in two ambulances, which were stationed at the venue.

Consultant Physician at avant bkg hospitals Dr. N.C. Ini, Hospital Director Shobha Balakrishnagowda, Staff Nurses Shamanth and Syed Ismail, Marketing Head Neelu Sharma and others were present.
