Man dies after falling from second floor of house

Mysore/Mysuru: A man, who was staying at a rented house in Kumbarakoppal, died after falling from the second floor of the house on Saturday.

The deceased is Guruswamy (35), a supplier of construction materials and a native of Maleyuru village in Chamarajanagar district. 

According to the Police, Guruswamy, who had taken a room on rent on the second floor, slipped and fell at about 7.30 pm on Saturday resulting in serious injuries to his head. Though he was rushed to a private hospital by his neighbours, Guruswamy succumbed to his injuries at about 2 am.

Metagalli Police, who have registered a case of unnatural death, are investigating.
