Man dies after suffering from stroke

Mysuru: A man, who fell unconscious after suffering from stroke, has died. The incident took place near a park in Gokulam 3rd Stage on Sunday night.

The deceased is Raghu (45), son of Nanjundegowda and a resident of Hebbal in city.

On Sunday at about 10.45 pm, Raghu is said to have suffered from a stroke and fell unconscious near Ayurveda Park, close to Doctors’ Corner in Gokulam 3rd Stage.

As it was late night, nobody noticed Raghu lying unconscious near the park and as medical help could not be provided, Raghu is said to have breathed his last at the spot.

Morning walkers, who noticed the body of Raghu on Monday morning, informed V.V. Puram Police and Inspector Lepaksha and staff reached the spot, conducted mahazar, registered a case and shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary.

A native of Hassan district, Raghu is said to be a professional photographer, it is learnt. V.V. Puram Police are investigating.
