Sir,

The manhole inside the Medical College Hostel (Men) compound abutting D. Subbaiah Road has been blocked since several days emanating unbearable stench to the residents of Premier Residency apartments. All our efforts to get it cleared by complaining to the Mysore City Corporation (MCC) and area Corporator are in vain.

Hope at least now the MCC takes steps to set right the defect and pave way for the residents to breathe easily.
