Mayor inaugurates Urban Livelihood Mission Centre

Mysuru:  Mayor Bhagyavathi inaugurated the Urban Livelihood Mission Centre coming under Deendayal Antyodaya National Urban Livelihood Mission, in the MCC Community Hall building on 13th cross in Ashokapuram here recently.

Deputy Mayor M. Indira, Corporators K.T Chaluvegowda, Ashwini Ananthu and Shylendra, MCC Additional Commissioner G.M. Ravindra, Jnana Jyothi Organisation Secretary M.S. Hemavathi and others were present.

The Centre, run in association with Jnana Jyothi Organisation, provides multi-disciplinary skills training to members of women Self Help Groups, handling of financial matters, markets for products manufactured by women Self Help Groups and other activities aimed at enhancing the quality of life.
