A match winning goal by left-out Somanna (41st min), helped KSRTC FC to register a narrow 1-0 win over Friends Union FC in the MDFA ‘C’ Division football league for the Chirag Trophy played at the University grounds here on Wednesday.

KSRTC FC 1 (Somanna 41) bt Freinds Union FC 0. Tuesday’s match:  Nethaji FC 1 ( Rajesh 29) drew with KSRTC FC 1 (Harshith 22). Monday’s match: Govt.Text Book Press FC 2 (Melvin 7, David 43) bt Friends Union FC 0.
