Mysuru – Sri Ramakrishna Prakashana together with District Kannada Sahitya Parsihat had organised a programme at Maneyangala in Kalamandira premises here yesterday for the release of the book ‘Megha Maale,’ a collection of poems written by Y.V. Yashoda.

Releasing the book, Littérateur Dr. Malali Vasanthakumar opined that a poet should have love towards nature to come out with good poems taking the example of Kuvempu. He commended poetess Yashoda who focussed on social concern and nature in her works.

Poetess Dr. Latha Rajashekar, Kannada Sahitya Parishat Mysuru President Dr. Y.D. Rajanna, former President Maddikere Gopal, social worker K. Raghuram, Hardwicke PU College Principal Hiremurali Dharmaraju and other were present.
