Minister adopts tiger at City Zoo

Mysore/Mysuru: Mines and Geology Minister Murugesh Nirani has adopted a tiger at Mysore Zoo under its ‘Adoption of Animals’ scheme.

The Minister, who was in city on Sunday for the progress review of the Mines and Geology Department, took details on adoption of animals at Zoo from Zoo Authority of Karnataka (ZAK) Chairman L.R. Mahadevaswamy who was at the spot and announced at the press meet that he had adopted the tiger in the name of his grandson Samarth Vijay Nirani.
