MLA fetes retired Superintendent of Muslim Boys Orphanage

Mysuru: A function was organised at Muslim Boys Orphanage (Apna Ghar) at S.S. Nagar in Bannimantap recently to felicitate Peer Khan, Superintendent of the Orphanage, who retired after rendering 46 years of dedicated service.

MLA Tanveer Sait, who is also the President of Muslim Boys and Girls Orphanage, feted Peer Khan.

Addressing the gathering, Sait lauded Peer Khan for completing his responsibilities with dedication. He further said that the doors of Apna Ghar would always remain open for him.

Earlier, the programme began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Moulana Muhammad Salman Shahi, Khateeb and Imam of the Masjid e Rifah.
