MLA performs guddali puja for Kuruba Samudaya Bhavan

Mysuru – KR MLA M.K. Somashekar, yesterday performed Guddali Puja to Kuruba Community Hall (Samudaya Bhavan) in the premises of Sri Beereshwara Srirama Mandira Trust in N.R. Mohalla here.

Speaking on the occasion, Somashekar said that the  community hall is coming up  in 90×80 ft area at a cost of                 Rs. 2.5 crore.

The Social Welfare Department has released about Rs. 30 lakh for the same and the Department Minister will be                  appealed to release more funds, he said and added that the Bhavan will be completed at the earliest.

Sarees were distributed to poor women of the community on the occasion.
