Artist Amar paints the portrait of BJP President Amit Shah as he addresses the massive gathering at Maharaja’s College Grounds on Jan.25 where he targeted Chief Minister Siddharamaiah. It was Amit Shah’s maiden visit to Mysuru where he addressed the Nava Karnataka Parivartana Rally. According to Shah, Siddharamaiah and corruption were the two sides of the same coin. Amar later presented the portrait to Shah who accepted with glee. After the rally, Shah headed straight to Chamundeshwari Temple atop Chamundi Hill and sought the blessings of the Goddess. Temple Chief Priest Shashishekar Dixit performed the rituals. Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar and BJP leader K.R. Mohan Kumar were present.
