More on stray dog menace

December 3, 2018

Sir,

In support of the letters recently published in SOM on stray dog menace, I would also like to throw some light on a very similar situation here in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage. A pack of dogs are constantly barking throughout the night which affects every- one’s sleep in the neighbour- hood. It is also very disturbing to hear people and children screaming and running scared from these menacing dogs in this dimly-lit area.

I urge the authorities concerned to go on a drive and take required action before innocent people get bit. It would also be thoughtful to plan and take appropriate measures to prevent such a menace throughout our city in the future.

– Dr. Prajwal Shanker, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, 2.12.2018
