Muralidharan (63), VHP City Unit Secretary and a resident of J.P. Nagar, passed away on Friday night in city.

He leaves behind his wife, two sons and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill here yesterday, according to family sources.

Muralidharan had served as the supervisor of Yekal Educational Institutions, VHP Pranth Saha Pramukh and an RSS activist involving himself in social work.
